Hotel bookings are always complementary. For customized itineraries, we charge a planning fee based on the complexity of your trip itinerary. This will be discussed on the initial consultation call.
Air ticketing fees start at $75 per person, and include pre-travel service and 24/7 in-travel emergency service.
Concierge fees vary depending on the complexity of your trip but start at $150/hour.

Our Process
Step 1: Connect
If you’re interested in working with Springboard Travel for your trip, please fill out our website inquiry form and we will be in touch to schedule an initial phone consultation.
Step 2: Planning
Each traveler is unique, and so are your planning needs. We take time to get to know you and your wish list. From there we build and book your perfect itinerary according to your unique interests, time frame, and budget. By connecting with our elite worldwide partners as a Virtuoso travel advisor we are able to secure the best deals and experiences.
Step 3: Reservations
Once the itinerary is perfected, we make all of your reservations. We book all flights, transfers, accommodations, tours, and key activities. We also advise you on Visa requirements, travel insurance, and vaccination mandates. Lastly, we connect you with the concierge team of each hotel for local expertise to complete your dream trip, from dining reservations to event tickets.
